Mystara's debut album entitled "Devil's Paintbrush" explores the theme of inner strength and "weathering the storm". Her lyrics are inspired by the places she's been, the people she meets, as well as and the ups and downs of an artist's life. Mystara has her own unique style going on… a special blend of Roots Rock, with elements of Jazz, Soul, and R&B… as well as something exotic, mysterious, and exciting! Her music is sure to put a spell on you!

All songs are written by Tara Heft (Mystara), except for "Wayfaring Stranger" (track 9) which is a circa 1875 pioneer song originating from the USA, which is now in the public domain.

The album was recorded and mixed by Dave Draves at Little Bullhorn Studio in Ottawa, Canada.

Mastering was completed by Dave Draves and Jarrett Bartlett.
